The civil service system in the Informatics Engineering Study Program, FMIPA Unpad, which refers to the Organization and Governance (OTK) system of the University of Padjadjaran, consists of three components, namely educators, education staff and students. In addition, other components, namely alumni and alumni users are also involved in the development of Study Programs. Informatics Engineering Study Program is led by a Head of Study Program. The chairperson and elected from the study program lecturers through the mechanism of election rules that refer to the applicable laws and regulations. Candidates will be selected from lecturers who have met the requirements of both academic qualifications, position, rank and non-academic requirements such as having leadership qualities and responsibility. Selected candidates are proposed by the Study Program to the Faculty and then to the University in order to determine the Chair and Secretary of the Study Program by the Chancellor.
